One of the things that we all love about our dogs is how easy it is for them to get excited over something. Sometimes, it seems like impressing a dog or making it happy is the easiest thing to do. They get excited over food, going for a walk, or going to the beach. They are just like young children. Apart from this childish side of them, dogs are also very responsible and they always make sure to check on our mental and emotional health. Many people have gone through difficult times in their lives because of their dogs’ support.

This is the reason why they are often used as therapy animals. For instance, during the covid-19 pandemic, especially during the last year, many people went through a lot of stressful situations, and many of them thought that adopting a dog was the best thing to do and they were certainly not wrong. It is about time when every single human out there understands the importance of having pets and the positive impact that they have in our lives.

On the flip side of that coin, dogs are also very happy around their owners and this dog in the video below is no exception. As you will see, this dog loves to go on runs with her owner. Before starting this new routine, her owner Doug Russell said that the 1-year-old dog enjoyed playing fetch and that what she wanted to do for hours. Well, it quickly changes as the energetic dog started this new fitness routine.

All she wants to do is go out. Here comes another thing that every dog owner knows, the fact that dogs can get bored easily and are always looking for new experiences. I believe many of you often come up with new ways of how to keep your dog entertained. Her owner Doug said that he thinks that she gets so excited about her runs because it is a great way for her to finally release any built-up energy.

It is indeed interesting how committed she is to this routine. I totally envy her. It is far more difficult for us humans to be committed to certain activities somehow. I think it is time for all of us to learn from our lovely dogs. Perhaps many of you will get inspired to make a routine similar to theirs. It is never late.
