In fact, some people sometimes think that rescue dogs cannot show affection and love. After all, if you’ve been going through a tough situation, there’s a chance you’ll never experience positive emotions for others again, right? Well, I think it’s the nature of a dog to always give a lot of love regardless of the background. And while rescue dogs can be a little more nervous than other puppies, that doesn’t mean they can show less love.
So when the dog, who was pulled out of the chain, finally had his first taste of freedom, he was compelled to express his gratitude to the saviour. That is the case of the following video when the dog shows his great affection when the rescuer made an important call! This amazing moment was captured on camera and I knew I had to share it with you. Pit Bull Asher was rescued in Smithfield, Virginia and his first safety moment was filmed by his lifeguard.
When the woman has a rather serious phone conference with the CEO of the rescue service, Asher decides that his saviour doesn’t deserve any time for him and lets her know how grateful he is to her. This cute video was posted on Rumble and has gained an impressive 260K views. And once you see it for yourself, it’s not difficult to see why! When the rescuer tries to talk on the phone, her cute puppy hugs her with her paws and shows her tenderness. He puts his head on her head and starts licking her.
This is truly one of the funniest things we’ve seen today. And we don’t know how this woman managed to keep talking on the phone! I wonder if Asher was able to have a happy ending because the video was only a few seconds long, so important conversations could not be heard. However, we found out that Asher has found his perfect home forever since then.
The rescue centre described their beloved puppy’s new home as follows: “His new brother is Benji and they are best friends. He has 17 acres of land that he walks on every day and loves to walk with his owner in the garden. When he brings tomatoes, he steals them from the bucket and rolls them down the hallway to eat before owner is done. He also has 30 curious chick friends. But he won’t be swimming in the pool with his owner yet! He adapts amazingly and his habit is rotten! ” Have a look at the following video for more!
